| Résumé/Citation: | Provides, inter alia, that school education from 7 years up to 16 years of age is compulsory. In addition, school is to be free of charge. Citizens have the right to education and may continually improve their education and qualifications. No discrimination or privileges based on considerations of race, nationality, sex, ethnic or social origin, religion and social status are permitted. |
