| Résumé/Citation: | Governs vocational apprenticeship for apprentices between 12 and 18 years of age. Provides, inter alia, that an apprenticeship shall not exceed 3 years and should be divided into 3 stages. During the third stage the apprentice should not receive less than the relevant minimum wage. Sets forth rules that employers hiring an apprentice must adhere to. |
