Amends numerous sections of Act No. 1266 of 2003; inserts, i.a., new ss. 9c, 12a, 16(3), 21a, 46b, 47a and new chapters 2a (transborder activities) and 5a (solvency); repeals, i.a., ss. 11(1)(16), 21(4), 49(2) and (3) and 66(2)(4).
The Act is not applicable to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
