Second Region

Concerns inter alia civil jurisdiction, execution of judgements and appeals. Provides that salary or wages may be attached where the court is satisfied "that sufficient means will, after satisfaction of the order, be left to the judgement debtor to maintain himself and those dependent on him" (s. 45). Repeals the Subordinate Courts Proclamation (P. 58 of 1938).
