Part 5 (s. 48-51) deals with certification officer. Part 6 (s. 52-55) and Part 7 (s. 56-59) contain supplementary provisions. Amends Employment Relations Act 1999, Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, Employment Tribunals Act 1996, Employment Rights Act 1996, and National Minimum Wage Act 1998. |
