Second Region

Lists services to which Settlement of Disputes (Essential Services) Act shall apply. These include: (1) services in which petroleum products are sold, supplied, transported, conveyed, handled, loaded, unloaded or stored; (2) Belize National Fire Service; (3) postal services; (4) monetary and financial services; (5) airports; (6) port authority; and (7) social security scheme administered by Social Security Board.
