Comprehensive legislation governing trade unions. Inter alia makes provison for the following matters: unlawful objects of trade union, registration of trade unions, purchase and lease of land by trade unions, trustees in whom poperty of trade union is vested, absence or disability of trustees, actions by or against trustees, limitation of responsibility of trustees, withholding or misapplying trade union effects, registered office of trade union, withdrawal or cancellation of certificate of registration, membership of minors, member's nomination of payee, change of trade union's name, amalgamation of trade unions, dissolution of trade unions, and several related matters.
