Résumé/Citation: |
Regulates procedure of granting ministry employees special parental, maternity or child-care leave without pay, as stipulated in Order No. 13 of 1979 of the Civil Service Council. To be eligible for special maternity or child-care leave, employee must have at least 3 years of service. Employee is entitled to maternity leave after maximum of 1 year after termination of delivery leave. Employee must not have undergone disciplinary sanctions during preceding year. Also sets forth some additional requirements. |
