| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for parental leave with full pay for mothers or wives of prisoners and missing persons, provided they are Kuwaiti citizens (or their mother or wife is Kuwaiti), which must be proven. Also makes provision for maternity leave with half pay to be granted to Kuwaiti employee, or non-Kuwaiti employee married to Kuwaiti, for a period of 4 months upon delivery leave. Finally, provides for child-care leave with full pay for Kuwaiti or non-Kuwaiti mother to attend her sick child in hospital. |
