| Résumé/Citation: | Makes provision for special leave without pay for public service employees for at least 6 months and not exceeding 3 years, provided that he or she has been in government's service for a continuous period of no less than 15 years and is at least 50 years old. Leave of 6 months to 4 years may be granted to married employee, or widowed or divorced employee with children, provided that she has been in public service for at least one year. Also provides for some related matters. |
