Abstract/Citation
Provides for various measures for securing the stability of older persons' employment, such as the employer's obligation to furnish a document in support of an older person's application for a new job, the obligation to inform a job-seeking older person on the reasons for setting an age limit for entry into employment, requirement to raise the compulsory retirement age to 65 or above, or design continuous employment schemes to retain workers in employment until 65 in case the existing retirement age below 65 is retained. The amending law also provides for various measures related to older persons' employment, such as liberalizing regulations concerning the operation of worker dispatching undertakings etc.
