Employees in establishments or offices of the State or legal persons which regularly employ three or four workers shall be insured by the Health Insurance Scheme from 1 Apr. 1987. Establishments or offices of the State or legal persons which regularly employ three or four workers shall be covered by the Employee's Pension Insurance Scheme from 1 Apr. 1987.
