Abstract/Citation
Amends Accident Compensation Act 1985 and Transport Accident Act 1986. Changes concern definition of what constitutes compensable injury, way overtime is calculated in determining pre-injury average weakly earnings, increase in compensation for non-economic loss in certain circumstances, provision that compensation is only payable under Act in respect of employment connected with Victoria, as well as some related matters.
