| Résumé/Citation: | Outlines a standard treatment of prisoners and prohibits discrimination on grounds of race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Considers it necessary to respect the religious beliefs and moral precepts of the group to which a prisoner belongs. Rules 71 to 76 detail working rights of prisoners including fair and safe working conditions. Recognizes prisoners' right to education. |
