| Résumé/Citation: | Recognizes the right of everyone to the opportunity to gain one's living by work which he/she freely chooses or accepts(Art.6). Outlines fair and safe conditions of work, including fair wages and equal remuneration for work of equal value, safe and healthy working conditions and equal opportunity in employment (Art.7). Stipulates the right to form and join trade unions (Art.8) and recognizes the rights of working mothers (Art.10). |
