Amends Labour Standards Law (No. 49 of 1947), with respect to period of labour contract (Section 14), termination of contract (Section 18bis), and computation of working time (Section 38ter). Changes period of fixed-term contract from 1 to 3 years, or from 3 to 5 years. Also sets forth standards for dismissal of workers, and provides for amendments to arbitrary work scheme.
