Abstract/Citation
Provides for protection of members of Reserves in their employment and education, and for facilitation of their return to civilian life. Divided into 12 parts. Parts 1 and 2 contain introductory provisions. Part 3 establishes which protection and benefits apply to different levels of defence service. Part 4 provides for protection against discrimination because of defence service. Part 5 regulates employment protection, Part 6 partnership protection, Part 7 education protection. Part 8 deals with financial liability protection, Part 9 with bankruptcy protection, and Part 10 with loans and guarantees returned to members. Part 11 provides for enforcement and remedies. Part 12 deals with related matters.
