Second Region

Article 1 provides for the possibility of adding past services with the various bodies defined in Article 2 to the period of service pensionable under the Social Insurance Law. Article 2 defines past service as any service in the employ of any ministry, public authority, public institution, Baath Party organisation or peoples' organisation. Made under Law No. 92 of 1959.
