Abstract/Citation
Establishes that State Social Security shall cover as mandatory all employees hired by Bulgarian or foreign legal or natural persons in Bulgaria, including uncertified employees with the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Interior, and the General Directorate of Engineering Forces and their divisions. Regulates provision of State social security, registration and accounting of insurers, procedure for assessment of temporary disability, cash compensation and allowances, length of service, appeals and some related matters.
