Amends sections of the Criminal Code relating to possession and use of arms and of the Act on prison administration relating to the necessity to feed prisoners according to their needs and the care to be given in the event of hunger strike. Provides for severe sanctions for persons visiting prisoners and encouraging them to go on hunger strike.
