Abstract/Citation
Comprehensive legislation on social security. Divided into 5 parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 provides for insured persons and contributions. Every person between the age of 14 and 65 who is employed in insurable employment shall become insured under this act. Contributions shall be payable by insured persons and employers. Part 3 deals with benefits (in case of sickness, maternity, disability, retirement, and death). Provides also for benefits due to employment injury and occupational diseases. Part 4 regulates administration and finance. Part 5 contains miscellaneous provisions.
