Amends Workmen's Compensation Act 1923, Payment of Wage Act 1936, Mines Maternity Benefit Act 1941, Provincial Employees' Social Security Ordinance 1965, Companies Profits (Workers Participation) Act 1968, Workers Welfare Fund Ordinance 1971, and Employees' Old-Age Benefits Act 1976. Inter alia provides for increased benefits granted under these acts. Also makes provision for self-assessment social security scheme.
