Abstract/Citation
Amends West Pakistan Minimum Wages for Unskilled Workers Ordinance, 1969. Word "West" in "West Pakistan" shall be omitted. Also provides for new definition of "wages". Wages include cost of living allowance as admissible under Employees Cost of Living (Relief) Act, 1973, and special allowance announced by Government, from time to time, before commencement of West Pakistan Minimum Wages for Unskilled Workers (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.
