Résumé/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on public health insurance and on scope and conditions for providing health care. Divided into 11 parts. Part 1 contains fundamental provisions. Part 2 deals with insurance contributions, Part 3 with rights and duties of contribution payers, Part 4 with rights and duties of insured persons, and Part 5 with provision of health and medical care and payment for care. Part 6 contains provisions regarding health insurance companies. Part 7 provides for fines and contribution surcharges; Part 8 for health care establishment network. Part 9 contains joint provisions, and Part 10 transitory and concluding provisions. Part 11 lists amendments to other acts. Available in English.
