Abstract/Citation
Chapter 1 provides for scope and Chapter 2 for functions of responsible bodies. Chapter 3 contains provisions on municipal social welfare and social services. Chapter 4 sets forth implementation procedures and Chapter 5 compensation between municipalities. Chapter 7 provides for appeal procedure and Chapter 8 contains provisions relating, inter alia, to sanctions. Repeals, inter alia, the Social Welfare Administration Act (No. 34 of 1950).
