Amends, inter alia, the Act No. 5680 on the Press of 15 July 1950 (on violations of national unity), the Act No. 657 on Public Servants of 14 July 1965 (prohibition of torture and degrading treatments), the Act No. 2820 on Political Parties of 22 April 1983, the Act No. 2908 on Associations of 6 October 1983 (on restrictions for the creation of associations by military personnel and ex-prisoners, and limitation for the use of national symbols), and the Act No. 2911 on Public Gatherings of 6 October 1983 (on authorizations).
