Regulates the acquisition and loss of Montenegrin citizenship. In addition to Montenegrin nationality, each Montenegrin citizen is also a citizen of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Repeals the Law on the Citizenship of the Socialist Republic of Montenegro of 1975.
