| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for the establishment of economic zones outside urban areas for the development of agricultural, industrial and service projects. Special ports, airports or drydocks may be incorporated into the zones. Article 28 stipulates that the provisions of the Labour Code "shall govern labour relations " in the zones. Article 51 provides for the establishment of a dispute settlement centre in each zone . Available in English. |
