Second Region

Regulates sale of fireworks to public. Sale of fireworks to public is permitted during 10 days before Guy Fawkes night (27 October to 5 November). Sale of fireworks outside this period may be permitted by Environmental Risk Authority under these regulations if sale is for use at a gathering held for cultural or religious purposes.
