Abstract/Citation
Provides for exercise of constitutional freedom of association. Part I contains general provisions. Establishes that citizens are free to organize and associate for expression and exercise of their political, economical, scientific, technical, social, humanitarian, cultural, professional, sports and other needs and interests, pursuant to the law. Part II regulates manner of organising, registration and termination of association. Part III deals with financing of association. Part IV provides for supervision of legality of activities of association. Part V deals with penalties, and finally Part VI contains transitional and final provisions.
