Second Region

Consolidates and amends law relating to opening and closing of shops, as well as hours of employment therein. Part II regulates employment of shop assistants. Prohibits employment of persons under the age of fourteen in any shop. Also provides for restriction on working hours, overtime employment, overtime rates, and part-time employment. Part III regulates hours of opening and closing; Part IV annual holidays. Part V contains miscellaneous provisions.
