Provides for legal principles of organisation of the judicial authority and realization of justice in Ukraine, system of courts of general jurisdiction, basic requirements for forming the body of professional judges, system and order of implementing judges' self-governance, general order to ensure judges' activity. Section 123 provides for the social protection of judges and court personnel.
