| Résumé/Citation: | Inter alia establishes obligation of holders of mining licenses to ensure health and safety at work. Section 30 provides that licensee shall provide his agents and employees with appropriate work clothing and protective equipment and shall ensure that they are properly trained or otherwise qualified for their work. Licensee is also obliged to provide appropriate health and medical facilities. Part VI deals with infractions and sanctions. |
