Decree of 7 December 2001 amending the Decree to determine cases in which a labour relation is defined as employment, in connection with the introduction of a declaration of independence and of the Decree on the expansion and limitation of the group of insured Waz, in connection with the exclusion of the National Ombudsman and the substitute-ombudsmans of the employees' insurances.
