Contains 26 sections covering, inter alia, objectives of the Act (obligation for the employer to provide for health care services in order to prevent occupational diseases and accidents), scope of application, definitions, employers' obligations (such as the arrangement for health care measures and protection of workers), general principles for occupational health care services, handling of information (duty for employer and for employee to provide information, secrecy, authorities' right to obtain information, and special rules (such as penal sanction and control). Repeals the Occupational Health Care Act (No. 743 of 1978).
