Part I regulates tasks of National Guard, Part II deals with internal organisation, Part III with recruitment, Part IV with awarding of ranks, Part V with appointment to different positions and transfers, Part VI with suspension, dismissal and release, Part VII with leave, Part VIII with retirement, Part IX with resignation from part-time service, Part X with wearing of uniform, Part XI with admission to National Guard Service of soldiers who have served in foreign armies, Part XII with rights of National Guards and social guarantees, including prohibition to join trade unions and organise strikes, Part XIII with rights and duties of retired National Guard members, Part XIV with finances and technical supply, and finally Part XV with liability for violations of law.
