Regulates activities of the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Part I sets forth general principles of labour inspection. Part II governs duties and powers of Executive Director. Parts III and IV deal with functions and internal organisation of General Labour Inspectorate and Regional Labour Inspectorate. Part V regulates work of labour inspectors. Finally, Part VI specifies modalities of planned as well as unplanned labour inspections.
