Second Region

Prescribes principles for organising fishing ship registry and fishing ship and crew registration. Provides that fishing ship owners shall engage their ships in fishery activities only after they have completed the fishing ship registry and the fishing ship crew registration under this regulation. Regulates rights and duties of agencies in charge of fishing ship registry and fishing ship and crew registration, as well as conditions for registration.
