Second Region

Amends Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance 2000 (No. 17 of 2000). In Section 3 (1), the words "Committee constituted" shall be substituted by "Inquiry Officer or the Inquiry Committee appointed". Also amends Section 12 with respect to exemption of classes of employees or certain bodies or institutions from the Ordinance.
