| Résumé/Citation: | The new Regulations amend article 2(a) of the Regulations of 1999 and provide that private employment agencies may charge fees from workers they help to place as follows: 5 per cent of the wage value of the contract concluded between the employer and the assisted worker. This percentage should be reduced by 1 per cent with every new contract. For purposes of calculating these percentages contract periods must not exceed 12 months each. |
