| Résumé/Citation: | Made under the National Pensions Act. Amends National Pensions (Registration of Employers) Regulations, 1977. Provides that a person who employs employees falling under Section 13 of the Act shall, within 14 days of his becoming an employer, register himself with the Minister as an employer by submitting an approved form of registration.
