Définit les objectifs et les attributions de l'inspection du travail, son organisation, ses droits, obligations et responsabilités. L'inspection du travail est notamment chargée de contrôler le respect des dispositions des actes législatifs relatifs aux contrats de travail, au temps de travail et au temps de repos, à la discipline de travail, au travail des mineurs et des femmes, à la protection du travail et aux conditions de travail.
