Part 1 provides for establishment of Wage Councils, references to commissions of inquiry, and making and revocation of wage council orders. Part II deals with the following: power to fix remuneration and holidays, effect and enforcement of wages regulation orders, permits to infirm and incapacitated persons, computation of remuneration, employers not to receive premiums, records and notices, criminal liability of agents and superior employers and special defences open to employers, officers, and some related matters. |
