Amends several provisions covering, inter alia, ss.1 (scope of application), 10 (agreement on hours of work based on general binding collective agreements), 15 (shorter working time on given grounds), 21 (emergency work), 37 (accountancy for working hours), 38 (time period to lodge a suit) and adds s. 40a (provisions in collective agreements that differ from the legislation).
