| Résumé/Citation: | Repeals several provisions and amends numerous sections covering, inter alia, ss. 3 and 15 of ch. 15 (calculation of old age benefits), 3a and 4 of ch. 7 (early retirement pensions), 9 of ch. 8 and 1 of ch. 10 (survivors' benefits), 2-4 of ch. 13 (period entitling early retirement benefits), 1, 3, 6 and 8 of ch. 14, (situations in which survivors' benefits are to be granted), 2, 4, 5, 8 and 9 of ch. 16 (conditions to obtain early retirement benefits, and calculation and payment rules), and miscellaneous provisions. |
