Abstract/Citation
The consolidation of the Ordinance includes a total of 20 amending texts through June 2015 (up to Ordinance 2015:507). The consolidated text includes various amendments.
Contains 44 sections concerning, inter alia:
Introductory provisions (such as applicability of other legal texts), scope of application, beneficiaries (persons with work disabilities, above 20 years' age and fulfilling conditions as specified in the Ordinance), work tool subsidies, special assistance for visually and aurally disabled, economic assistance to employers, economic assistance to disabled unemployed persons to start businesses, special work for severely disabled persons, administrative rules governing handling of assistance matters, reimbursements of assistance and appeal.
Repeals Ordinance (No. 409 of 1987) respecting subsidies for work tools, etc.
