Abstract/Citation
The consolidation of the Employment Market Policy Act (2000:625) includes a total of 14 amending texts through August 2012 (up to Act 2012:416). The consolidated text includes various amendments.
Contains 7 sections concerning, inter alia: objectives (foster employment possibilities), authorisation for municipality to provide training for unemployed youth and State compensation to municipality, unemployment benefits, arrangements concluded between employers and public authorities and applicability of other related Acts.
Repeals Acts Nos. 706 of 1995, 1268 of 1997 and 1871 of 1998, related to the municipality's responsibility for youth.
