Comprehensive legislation on trade unions. Part I makes provision for trade union registration, refusal and cancellation of registration, account to be provided by officers of trade unions, audit certificates, and rules applying to registered trade unions. Part II deals with immunity of trade unions from actions of tort, conspiracy in relation to trade disputes, removal of liability for interfering with another person's business, intimidation or annoyance, and peaceful picketing and prevention of intimidation.
