Résumé/Citation: Comprehensive legislation governing the fundamental rights, obligations, and responsibilities arising out of the employment relationships. Chapter II makes provision for establishment of an employment relationship and Chapter III for working time, rest period and leave, workers' protection, personal income and indemnities, responsibility for discharge of work obligations, disciplinary measures and procedures, exclusion of workers, and material liability. Chapter IV regulates termination of employment relationships, Chapter V defence of workers' rights, and Chapter VI collective agreements. Chapter VII sets forth penal provisions.
