Establishes working conditions for the employment of all personnel on board ships flying the Liberian flag and for Liberian seafarers employed in foreign ships. These govern wages, working hours, leave, public holidays, overtime, and deductions. Establishes the amount of disability benefits payable to injured workers. Establishes minimum wage rates for specific occupations. Provides for discipline of workers. Governs medical treatment and sick leave. Provides for the termination of employment. Establishes the constitution of the Joint Maritime Industrial Committee. Governs the committee's membership, meetings, officers and voting procedures.
